For the program to be able to send emails, one first has to configure the email server. This requires entering the email address, username, password and SMTP address. This information can be easily obtained from the email provider and it is not difficult to set up.

After configuring the email account, the user can start creating the actual email. As such, he can use the large number of writing tools for creating complex HTML messages that don't contain only text, but also images, sound and video clips. One can choose to create a simple plain text message, for making sure that the message will be compatible with any email client. After creating the body of the email, the user can send it as it is or he can attach a file.

For making it easier to send an email to the same recipient, the program features an address book, in which the user can add all recipients. Their email addresses can also be imported from other compatible email clients, like MS Outlook or Thunderbird.
