But the problem is that some email providers don't offer a web based interface for reading and sending emails. Even the ones that always offer a user-friendly and intuitive interface for accessing email functions may not please some users. Using MS Outlook in this case seems like the best idea possible but actually it isn't. That's because this program is difficult to use and takes a lot of resources. Some users may just want a simple program for sending emails.

For all these users, Email Sender Deluxe can be a real help. This is a simple Windows application that allows sending emails, offering just the options that an average user needs, no more, no less. It's a program that can be installed without having special computer skills. The same can be said about using the application.

The graphical interface of Email Sender Deluxe allows the user to quickly get used to it and find a desired option in very little time. For the program to be able to send emails, one first has to configure the email server. This requires entering the email address, username, password and SMTP address. This information can be easily obtained from the email provider and it is not difficult to set up.

After configuring the email account, the user can start creating the actual email. As such, he can use the large number of writing tools for creating complex HTML messages that don't contain only text, but also images, sound and video clips. One can choose to create a simple plain text message, for making sure that the message will be compatible with any email client. After creating the body of the email, the user can send it as it is or he can attach a file.

For making it easier to send an email to the same recipient, the program features an address book, in which the user can add all recipients. Their email addresses can also be imported from other compatible email clients, like MS Outlook or Thunderbird. Besides that, for making it easier to send the same type of email over and over again, the program includes a template feature which allows the user to save any message template, for reusing it over and over again.

Pros:
It allows sending any type of email, together with attachments. Besides that, the configuration process of an email account is simple and intuitive. Furthermore, the user can keep all his recipients in an address book.

Cons:
The program can send messages but it cannot receive them.
